Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The dataset is updated monthly and is based upon an extract/export of the enterprise parcel feature class. The following 2 additonal fields are populated in this manner:</SPAN></P><OL><LI><P><SPAN>STATUS_CA- using spatial analysis on each parcel it is determined if:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>The parcel intersects the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. These parcels are coded "PARTIALLY WITHIN CRITICAL AREA"</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>The parcel's centroid falls within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. These parcels are coded "ALL OR MOSTLY WITHIN CRITICAL AREA".</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>No portion of the parcel is intersects the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. These parcels are coded "NOT WITHIN CRITICAL AREA"</SPAN></P></LI></UL></LI><LI><P><SPAN>REVIEW- </SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>If any portion of the parcel interesects the Critical Area this is coded "Yes"</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>If no portion of the parcel interesects the Ctritical Area this is coded "No"</SPAN></P></LI></UL></LI></OL><P><SPAN>**Note that the Critical Area boundaries for the towns of Chesapeake Beach and North Beach are separate than the boundaries for the rest of Calvert County.
