Description: This dataset shows the delineation of Zoning Districts in Calvert County, MD. This zoning dataset went into effect March 1, 2025. The municipalities of Chesapeake Beach and North Beach are not included in the zoning dataset. There are some polygons that are assigned a right-of-way (ROW) classification, but ROW is not a zoning district. Attribute information is derived from official zoning maps, planning documents, and county records. Efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and consistency of zoning districts and associated attributes. Manual QA/QC processes and validation rules were applied. Estimated attribute accuracy is greater than 95%.
