Description: This feature class depicts land parcels in Calvert County, Maryland. It was developed to support cartography and analysis and is maintained by the Department of Technology Services. Relevant fields are updated monthly from data obtained from State Tax Assessments. This information is provided to SDAT on demand and is used to prepare updated tax mapping. Please note that this feature class only depicts real property in Calvert County, Maryland. Condominiums are not currently modeled in this feature class. Certain off-shore properties such as boat slips are contained in the feature class if they were given a tax account # by SDAT.
